What We Cannot Do:
We do not clear Account Payment History - payment history is deemed necessary to assist credit provider to see your payment pattern(arrears, missed payments, late payments etc) and the volume of debt so that they can assess their risk and your means of affordability. The payment history stays on your profile for 1 year:
We do not update your account payments, this is a legal obligation of the credit provider
We cannot remove Enquiry History, there is a regulation retention period for this information as above.
We do not contact credit providers on your behalf regarding your application for credit or anything.
We cannot help you obtain credit/loan as that decision is solely reached by the credit provider in adherence to their own unique vetting methods
We do not deal with score, nobody can. Credit Bureau score is a mathematical opinion by the Credit Bureau...it has nothing to do with your chances of being approved for credit facilities or loans.
What We Do:
Credit Profile Update: We supply you with the latest updated credit profile directly from the relevant credit bureaus displaying information and credit status as provided the by the credit provider and all credit industry participants to the Credit Bureau.
Defaults Clearance: We clear all defaults on the basis of legal procedures or violation thereof.
Trace Alert Clearance: We clear Trace Alert on the basis of legal procedures
Debt Review Clearance: We clear Debt Review upon termination of the debt review program- in case the termination of the debt review matter requires court application, we can refer this to the attorneys who will inform you of their charges.
Judgments Clearance: We clear Judgment(s) upon Proof of Settlement of the judgment account or a Rescission Court Order.
Administration Order: We clear administration order upon receipt of the Rescission Court Order. If not rescinded we can assist with the rescission thereof.....the rescission is a court related matter and is not part of the subscription package(s).
As soon as we have prepared your file, we follow prescribed legal procedures to dispute or request removal of incorrect or unlawful data or submit appropriate documents to the credit bureaus. Then the Credit Bureaus have a maximum of 20 days to resolve the dispute or remove the listing. Once the Credit Bureau as completed the investigation and reached a resolution and/or removed the listing, they will either contact you directly or contact us with the results of their investigation or resolution. Note that the 20 days maximum is the timeframe allocated to the Credit Bureau by the NCR...Emphasis here is that at the end of the day...it is the Credit Bureau that removes the listing... not Pure Credit.
